Our Easter 2025 Brunch at Negroni in Weston Town Center was SPECTACULAR!!! It was really truly very amazing, if you’ve never been, it’s time you visit them on Saturday or Sunday for their FABULOUS brunch!! First and foremost let me say the staff was terrific, a huge shout out to Matthias, Gabriela, Camilla, and Pablo and Samuel….. Fantastic people. They run the restaurant full steam ahead and do not miss a beat! The atmosphere and ambiance was wonderful. The food was amazing, the selection was immense and overflowing. Our server Samuel was very attentive. We cannot wait to go back. The food selections from Breakfast to Dinner to the “off the hook” dessert bar, complete with a chocolate fondue fountain, was phenomenal and was replenished constantly, nothing ever was empty!! Please visit Negroni for a truly unforgettable dining experience You won’t be disappointed!!
Definitely the best brunch in town !!!! I super recommended for any occasion, food, drinks and dessert Everything in the same place . The manager , he always in top of table and making sure we’re having an excellent time.

Great food and great service. Reasonable prices. The only comment would be that the glasses of wine were filled very low. Other than that great experience.
We love every single dish we had today. The appetizers: Tuna tartare, Ceviche and the Beef Carpaccio, all delicious. The Octopus was great too. The service was outstanding, Ciro was our server and it was all on point. Thank you!!! We are definitely coming back!

I went to this restaurant to try the brunch. From eggs, sausages and bacon to sushi, gyozas and delicious crispy shrimp. Everything was delicious!! They have plenty of options to choose from. And let’s not forget, they have a dessert selection to end up a nice dinner.
